Walk In Hong Kong Ltd is looking for a new Marketing & Project Manager (permanent position) to support a series of impactful projects and steer the company's marketing strategies.

We are looking for candidates with:

Job description:

Marketing aspect
  • Coordinate marketing strategies and campaigns with project teams and sales team
  • Generate new business leads
  • Increase brand awareness and market share
  • Oversee Walk in Hong Kong's website, social media, and newsletter strategies and execution
Project management aspect
  • Ability to lead and manage our in-person/virtual tours-related projects independently
  • Handle client negotiation, and related internal and external relationships
  • Identify project goals, deliverables, potential cruxes, and critical milestones
  • Plan timeline and resource allocations proactively
  • Manage project budget wisely
  • Execute and deliver on all agreed milestones and deliverables
  • Contingency planning and troubleshooting
  • Manage client liaison and maintain professional relationships

About you:

  • Mature and responsible
  • Emotional strength to admit and face mistakes; learn from them and move on
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Handle client and people relationships delicately
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English a must; fluent spoken English
  • Prior hands-on experience and expertise with WordPress websites, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts management are highly preferred
  • Skills in graphic design and video production are a great plus
  • Experience in cultural event management is preferred
  • Flexible with work arrangements
  • Candidates with prior work a must
