Walk In Hong Kong Ltd is hiring a Project Officer to support several impactful projects. As a Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our tours and programs. Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, writing reports, and managing relationships with program participants to ensure smooth and successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for tours and programs, including permits, transportation, venue bookings, and participant accommodations.
  • Write detailed reports and documentation to track program progress and outcomes.
  • Manage communication and relationships with program participants, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the development of tour itineraries and content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract participants and raise awareness of our programs.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and public holidays to support event operations.
  • Flexibility to accommodate irregular working hours as needed to meet program requirements.
  • Ability to take compensation leave during weekdays for any off office hour work undertaken.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., tourism, cultural studies, communications).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or program management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong's cultural heritage and tourism industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for cultural exchange and community engagement.

Salary:
