Team-Building at M+: Art Beyond Museum

What we do:

Designed a custom half-day team-building programme at M+ and West Kowloon Cultural District
Conducted in-depth research and developed interactive, art-focused group activities
Organised site visits and test runs to refine activity flow and logistics
Coordinated venue arrangements and on-site execution for events of up to 60+ participants

Walk in Hong Kong was commissioned by an Independent Statutory Body to create an original team-building programme centred on art appreciation, collaboration, and cultural engagement. Held at the M+ Museum and West Kowloon Cultural District, the event aimed to immerse participants in contemporary art while fostering meaningful connections among colleagues.

A highlight of the programme was a custom-designed “Arty Treasure Hunt”, which challenged teams to navigate M+ and complete creative tasks inspired by visual culture, pop references, and key museum pieces. With guidance from expert docents and built-in group challenges, the activity offered a fun, hands-on introduction to Hong Kong’s contemporary art scene. This project reflects our strength in designing thematic team-building events that combine learning, creativity, and seamless logistics.
