2017 Hong Kong Arts Festival – Passage in Sound

Client: Hong Kong Arts Festival Society | Year: 2017

What we do:

Travel back to the old days through Passage in Sound, where ferries whistle, crowds bustle and prayers are sung in the mosque. Trace the fading footsteps through the medium of sound, and catch a glimpse of the past lives.

Walk in Hong Kong is honoured to have taken part in the Hong Kong Arts Festival in 2017 and led a sound voyage of Tsim Sha Tsui, which ended at the Chorus – a monumental kinetic sound installation in Kowloon Park. Through various sound snippets, we traced the footsteps of the city’s bygone days.
