We are hiring: Project Officer
Walk In Hong Kong Ltd is seeking a Project Officer to support several impactful projects and contribute to the delivery of exceptional tour experiences. As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in both the operational and client-facing aspects of our tours and programs, working closely with a passionate team dedicated to promoting Hong Kong’s cultural heritage.
Key Responsibilities:

Take a consultative sales approach to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, using the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to respond promptly, recommend suitable experiences, and assist in price discussions.

Plan and coordinate logistics for tours and programs, including assigning tour guides and assistants, arranging permits, transportation, venue bookings, and more.

Manage communication and relationships with clients and program participants, providing support and assistance as needed.

Assist in the development of tour itineraries and content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.

Collect feedback from participants after tours and help encourage repeat business through attentive follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.

Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract clients and raise awareness of our services.

If capability is proven, independently handle small-scale projects to develop full project management skills.

Willingness to work occasional weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as needed for event operations, with compensation leave provided for work outside regular office hours.
Key Qualities and Attributes:

Customer Service Orientation: Attentive and responsive, able to support clients throughout the entire journey—from promptly responding to new enquiries and providing tailored experience recommendations, to assisting in price discussions, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, and following up after tours to encourage repeat business. Comfortable using the company’s easy-to-use CRM system to manage these interactions.

Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Detail-oriented and efficient at managing logistics, schedules, and competing priorities under deadlines, including supporting tour logistics planning and preparing tour materials.

Strong Communication: Clear and professional in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Team Player with Initiative: Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Self-Learning and Tech Proficiency: Capable of independently learning new digital tools and systems to improve work efficiency and proficiency.

Passion and Knowledge of Hong Kong: Demonstrates a solid foundation of knowledge about Hong Kong’s culture, history, and heritage, with the ability to conduct thorough research on new topics and present factual, well-supported information (not myths).

Salary:
HKD 17,500 - 18,500 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level
