Walk In Hong Kong Ltd is looking for a new Tour Operations & Project Manager to support a series of impactful projects and steer the company's sales strategies.

Job description:

Tour operations aspect
  • Handle incoming tour queries from customers and triage appropriately
  • Maintain a zero inbox by promptly responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Develop a strategy and workflow for managing key customer inquiries channels, such as email, phone, and social media
  • Track the progress of inquiries and follow up with teammates to ensure timely responses
  • Allocate tour resources, such as guides, transportation, and equipment, based on customer demands and availability
Project management aspect
  • Ability to lead and manage our in-person/virtual tours-related projects independently
  • Handle client negotiation and related internal and external relationships
  • Identify project goals, deliverables, potential cruxes, and critical milestones
  • Plan timeline and resource allocations proactively
  • Manage project budget wisely
  • Execute and deliver on all agreed milestones and deliverables
  • Contingency planning and troubleshooting
  • Manage client liaison and maintain professional relationships

About you:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or cultural management industry
  • Mature and responsible
  • Emotional strength to admit and face mistakes; learn from them and move on
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Handle client and people relationships delicately
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English a must
  • Flexible with work arrangements
  • Prior work experience is a must
