As the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal was hoisted at 1:35pm on 7 May 2023 (Sunday), all “Movie Tram” tours on that day had been regrettably cancelled (including tours of Eastbound which gathered at 1:45pm and Westbound which gathered at 3:45pm).
For customers who bought the tickets, the detailed arrangement of refund is as below:
- If you purchased tickets by methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay or mobile payment through electronic wallet where applicable, refund shall automatically be handled by Maoyan through the same method used to purchase the ticket according to latest record of URBTIX in around 45 working days.
- If you purchased tickets by Cash (HK currency only), Octopus or FPS, please apply your refund with original ticket intact(s) (with stub) at the URBTIX Maoyan Customer Service Centre (Address: Room 403A, 4/F, Block B, Sea View Estate, 4-6 Watson Road, Fortress Hill, HK) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10 am – 7 pm) on or before 30 June 2023 (Fri).
- Service charges of ticket purchase and ticket delivery are non-refundable.
