報名指引及活動規則

1. 本活動適合6歲或以上人士參與。 如報名人士於活動當日仍未夠18歲，必需有1位家長/監護人陪同方可參與導賞團。
2. 如有特別需要人士有興趣參與活動，請透過查詢熱線5511 4839或電郵（[email protected]）與活現香港聯絡。參加者於報名時應衡量其實際身體狀況，考慮是否適合參加所申請的導賞團及需要由照料者陪同和協助參加導賞團；參加者於行程中有責任對其自身安全負責。活現香港有權因應當時實際情況及需要拒絕任何人士參與活動。
3. 導賞團禁止攜帶寵物。
4. 參加者如欲取消預約，必須最遲於出發日期前3日透過查詢熱線 5511 4839或電郵（[email protected]） 通知活現香港。
5. 參加者如欲更改參加人數，必須最遲於導賞團出發日期前3日透過查詢熱線 5511 4839或電郵（[email protected]） 提出申請。所有更改參加人數申請必先得到活現香港回覆確認才生效。基於每團人數限制，主辦方將保留接納更改人數申請的最終決定權。
6. 所有參加者預約均不可轉讓。一經發現，主辦方有權取消相關人士的參與資格。
7. 參加者須自行安排交通工具前往集合地點。
8. 參加者需準時於集合時間和地點集合，逾時不候。如因突發情況需要更改集合時間和/或地點，甚或取消參觀活動，活現香港將於可行的情況下盡早透過電話通知參加者。
9. 是次活動會以先到先得的方式處理報名申請，成功報名者會收到系統自動發出之確認電郵。
10. 如活動當日出發時間前三小時或導賞團進行期間，天文台發出紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或政府發出「極端情況」公布，導賞團將會取消；如天文台出發時間三小時之前除下紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，導賞團將如期舉行。
11. 主辦方會視乎天氣或場地實際情況決定繼續或暫停導賞活動。
12. 主辦方有權取消任何預先安排的導賞活動，但會事先給予通知。
13. 如活動因天氣情況或主辦方視乎實際情況決定取消，參加者均可獲得全數退款。
14. 主辦方將於參觀活動期間進行拍攝及錄影，有關之拍攝相片及錄影片段或會作日後推廣及宣傳之用。參加者如不同意上述安排請告知活動當天的導賞員。
15. 凡由參觀活動或任何與此有關或連帶的目的所引起或引致對參觀者或其財產造成的任何損毀、損傷或損失，主辦方均毋須負起任何索償、費用、毀壞及開支的責任。

個人資料收集聲明

1. 收集資料的目的：申請人所提供的個人資料，只供活現香港（文化）有限公司（旅行社牌照號碼 353919）用於處理在有關人士報名導賞團，以及作發放予主辦方紀錄之用。
2. 查詢：有關查詢申請表內所收集的個人資料，包括查閱或改正，請聯絡活現香港（文化）有限公司（電話： 5511 4839 電郵：[email protected]）。

Terms & Conditions

1. This activity is suitable for participants aged 6 or above. Participants under 18 years old on the day of the activity must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join the tour.
2. Persons with special needs who wish to participate are welcome to contact Walk in Hong Kong via our enquiry hotline 5511 4839 or email ([email protected]). Participants should assess their own physical conditions to determine whether they are suitable for the tour, and whether they require assistance or accompaniment from a caregiver. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour. Walk in Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse participation to any person based on actual circumstances and needs.
3. Pets are not allowed on the tour.
4. Participants who wish to cancel their booking must notify Walk in Hong Kong via the enquiry hotline 5511 4839 or email ([email protected]) no later than 3 days before the tour date.
5. Participants who wish to change the number of participants must also submit their request no later than 3 days before the tour date via the enquiry hotline 5511 4839 or email ([email protected]) . Any change will only take effect upon written confirmation from Walk in Hong Kong. Due to group size limits, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any change requests.
6. All bookings are non-transferable. The organizer reserves the right to cancel participation if any transfer of booking is discovered.
7. Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the meeting point.
8. Participants must arrive on time at the designated meeting time and place. The tour will start as scheduled and will not wait for latecomers. In case of unforeseen changes to the meeting time and/or location, or cancellation of the tour, Walk in Hong Kong will notify participants by phone as early as possible when practicable.
9. Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applicants will receive an automated confirmation email upon completion of registration.
10. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or if the Government issues an “Extreme Conditions” announcement within 3 hours before the tour’s start time or during the guided tour, the tour will be cancelled. If such signals are lowered at least 3 hours before the tour’s start time, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
11. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or continue the tour depending on weather or venue conditions.
12. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any pre-arranged tour, with prior notice given when possible.
13. If the activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or at the discretion of the organizer based on actual circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
14. The organizer may conduct photography and video recording during the activity. The photos and videos may be used for future promotional and publicity purposes. Participants who do not consent to this arrangement should inform the guide on the day of the tour.
15. Walk in Hong Kong shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the activity, including personal injury or property damage sustained by participants.

Personal Data Collection Statement

1. Purpose of Collection: The personal data provided by applicants will be used by Walk in Hong Kong Limited (Travel Agent License No. 353919) for processing tour registrations and for distributing relevant information to the organizer.
